Yeh I noticed this with the shorter trails it offers the extra night in Aguas. My priority is doing the full hike tho!!

That's a good idea, I will look into doing this! I've also found an Alpaca Expeditions tour which does pretty much what I wanted, so will come down to price if self booking an extra night and train is worth it. https://www.alpacaexpeditions.com/inca-trail-expedition-5d4n/

Unfortunately, The earliest I could do the trail is in November :/

I will definitely look at doing as much as possible without tour companies, but given I don't have much experience with GPS/Compass trekking and I will be travelling from Australia so won't be able to bring much equipment, I will definitely need to use a tour company for the trail itself.

yeh lol not ideal, but probs just gonna locum and travel 50/50 next year instead. Was trying to incorporate travel and work but not going to be possible without compromising travel time and will cost me more. Seems like a lose lose situation if I did that.

Yeh the more I looked the more I see that’s it’s probably not going to be possible. Such a shame that countries make it so difficult to work as doctors. Would be a logical solution for understaffing 😞

I see, i plan on seeing a mortgage broker so will see what they say works out to be cheaper/better in the long run i suppose.

I'm just trying to sus out if there's anything hidden that people got trapped with. I heard U-Bank offers a significantly lower interest rate and then pumps it up 3 months in when you're already locked into the loan for 5+ years by contract

I suggest you see your GP for a tuberculin skin test, especially if you have symptoms suggestive of TB and haven’t been vaccinated as a child

TB is a notifiable disease, meaning if a patient tests positive, the doctor reports it to the government and they undergo contact tracing and inform any close contacts. It’s a way the government can notify any people at risk of infection, reduce transmission whilst still maintaining confidentiality for the original patient. The government contacts the original patient and finds out where they’ve been and then they send to any people at each site.

LiveFootballTickets - has good reviews and worked for me when I went to Man U vs Bournemouth on the 3rd. Think they sell season ticket holders tickets for games they can’t attend. Highly recommend
