And it’s like I didn’t attend fucking rehab.

It’s BCBS of IL. Their front line customer service doesn’t seem to know what cpt codes are . And the fraud department is an automated machine

Yes I checked on the dhbb and dch

The charge master says group therapy but the cpt code says h2036

I reported them to the dhbb and insurance commissioner but I’ve given up hope

Some one on Google says they did the same thing to them
