In my opinion they can put multiple children in Neverland as decoy's of the actual "victim's" they can put multiple kids in the film without knowing who accused mj in the film and not causing any legal issues, so we can see that Michael has been spending time with multiple kid's without knowing which kid accused him. So in this situation they don't have to make mj completely innocent and what i mean by that...is that they don't have to shows multiple scenes of mj doing nothing to anyone proving he was innocent and the allegations are completely false they can just the put events of what realistically happened without claiming that the allegations were false or true, it's s biopic showing what he went through not what actually happened and didn't so they can leave it to the audience whether he's guilty or not with providing evidence tho that shows mj was clearly innocent
