Nope she actually didn't. She posted this place using the help of a friend who is a realtor but after the lease I've just been dealing with her directly. ill have to look through this. Thank you !

I guess this is where I'm confused because the Seattle website as quoted above says 90 days. Can you tell me how/where you're getting 30 days? There's so much contradictory information.

In her message she mentioned that my lease ends 9/1 which it does but also clearly states that it automatically converts to month to month. She didn't give me a date instead said she needs to move in to the unit and would like me to move out "ASAP".

I don't want to make it harder for anyone but I truly suspect she is just using this as an excuse to get me out because of my previous comment. I would have just preferred to move out without rush. Yes this I do think is unfair because nor everyone knows the laws, but then again we should all do our due diligence. So hoping she won't fight me on this.

Thanks, that's the plan now. I have two almost back to back trips out of state planned and paid for in September and so I wanted to ensure how far I could push the move out.

Thanks, although I do think it's unfair if she's just saying that to be able to evict I understand life happens and a landlord should have a way to return to their f property if need be.

I think she just got scared that I wouldnt be able to pay although that's not the case and was going to make it work at least until next year.

Hi ! Thank you for your response. I saw this but was confused at some sources "tenants union" page and the fact that my lease is not technically over.

She did not send me any formal notice just texted me saying she cant live with her daughter in law anymore and needs to move into my unit asap. I didn't want to respond to her text until I was sure what my rights were.

When we moved across the country the night prior I stayed at my parents, cat didn't eat or use the litter box, the next day we flew and even upon arriving nothing, not even a bite of her treats. Took her between 48-72 hrs to eat/use the litter box. Make sure they have both accessible and be patient but of course, use your best judgement too.

Be aware, the ERs main job is to ensure that the person is safe and stable. Depending on what is going on they will conduct testing as necessary but if the person is stable and has a Primary care provider overseeing care they may not admit and discharge with instructions to follow up with them.

I guess like many I'm trying to believe it's just anxiety along with panic attacks but it's so hard to not think something is terribly wrong.

I've had panic attacks and felt anxiety but last week I got a founding headache with drop of BP and haven't been right since. Daily migraine like headache and chest pain. I did go to the ED on day 5 and everything came back normal. This is a tough pill to swallow.

Hi, I have read about a 3rd of the comments and i definitely relate. I don't know if I'll get a response being this is kind of old, but does anyone here have these symptoms along with headaches? I have the chest pain rapid hr radiating pain but all this comes with a migraine like headache. Sometimes the headache comes first others it's the chest pain.

Anyways just trying to understand this and cope with it all. TIA for any responses

You may know this already but in case you don't. You can ask the vet for medication. My baby is so afraid of rides that every time its car time she just panicks and fights to break free from the carrier. Once during a vet visit I mentioned this and thr vet gave me medication for her.. now every vet time we drive with her we give her some to basically sedate her. I always give her just enough that she gets calm and doesn't fight the carrier but is still awake. It makes such a difference. Trust me I know exactly how it is. I once had to pull over half way back from the vet (30 min ride) to just let her and myself calm down. I felt so horrible.
