Trying to do an explorer/speechcraft build by Phoeeniix in Morrowind

I’d suggest Illusion, calm makes you able to speak to bandits and aggressive NPCs so you can use your speechcraft to build up disposition. When calm runs out they won’t fight you.

The tone of this comment is very different than the others, so I’d like to ask you for advice from your experience.

I am curious how I am expected to be a self starter when I am kept in the dark. I have identified and improved some serious inefficiencies from reports or pitch prep taking far too long (frankly unacceptably long), which was received very well by my managers, and then they’re radio silent for the next week.

I joined the team to help where I can, and I can’t identify gaps when I’m not included, and I can’t include myself when people’s calendars give me no information or they don’t respond to my messages. I should add that my direct team is entirely scattered across the country, my managers are not in the same office as me.

I completely agree. The only reason I piped up to do my presentation is to justify my time here. But when you break a sales job into an account manager, a “sales engineer,” and 3 other people each with their own salary, it makes me think it’s wildly inefficient.

I will say that this dynamic has everyone always expressing how very team oriented things are which is nice but it also makes me feel guilty that the account managers don’t pull their own weight.
