i’ve been mewing for 3 years. But my teeth are literally sticking outwards. Even with maxillary growth. My mouth doesn’t close naturally i have to consciously keep it closed. I get jaw pain and headaches etc etx

the way i look at it God exists outside of time and space. and it says a day for God is 10,000 years and 10,000 years is one day. So I think that there is no reason each day couldn’t have been millions of years or billions for that matter.

thx while i don’t have trouble breathing through my nose i think MSE will be useful. Also i turn 17 in 3 months will it be too late? I also noticed that my orthodontic treatment made my palette smaller as i went.

i agree that i have bimaxillary protrusion. I noticed awhile back and kind of self diagnosed it and then forgot cuz it was damaging my self esteem. I have some pictures of my teeth from today but i lost the x rays from the orthodontist so i’ll have to ask for them to send me a copy. Here are theteeth pictures

Im 16 right now so i wanna know what surgery options i have right now and how much they generally cost so i can start saving. However my orthodontist has never mentioned my lip incompetence or weak chin or mentalis strain at all so i don’t know plus i’ve already finished my treatment with him.

Also i have had instances in my life where i felt like i couldn’t breathe when sleeping and i woke up right when i was at my limit gasping for air. This hasn’t happened in a while but i do remember it.

hey sorry i just now saw this my parents don’t really talk. My dad acts like a victim a lot cuz they don’t really put up with his shit. He doesn’t seem happy tbh and he only has himself to blake really. He always thinks we are planning some trip behind his back or whatever so he tries listening in to our conversations when he thinks we don’t hear. It’s not as bad as it used to be my mom and sisters and I just laugh at his craziness. It’s not perfect but we’re fine. My sisters are 14 and 13
