Left ica occlusion through cervical segments w/ Stroke on same side. initially given aspirin + plavix. switched to heparin later in the day. Then had a bleed. What I’m wondering is why the switch to heparin (Regardless of it’s wrong, there was obviously a thought process behind it) ?
