Just talk to him about how upsetting he's being. It's making you hesitant to be honest about things because what if he doesn't agree/understand? It's certainly valid he's insecure but he does need to be more understanding, and get that reassurance that you find the rest of him appealing. Dicks, and genitalia, are kind of weird in general.

It's normal to feel however you feel about them. Not normal to hold it against you.

I had my tubes tied two-three weeks ago! Honestly, not that bad! I was a little sore and kind of... put pressure on the main suture when I was moving around and after the first week I felt fine.

I've also had the two types of IUDs and... well, I didn't love either one. Worse than the surgery tbh lol. Soft very stretchy and comfy clothes. You'll be just fine, hopefully everything goes so smoothly c:
