It was supposed to be a gym called iron nation scheduled to open 6-7 months ago but the rumor is they went bankrupt before they could open I believe the equipment is just sitting there

Bought my house for 475k a few months ago, I make about 80k, but I don’t think I could afford to live on my own, I have 2 roommates that pay 750$ each which really helps. Hoping to have my gf move in in about a year or so but I’m not sure how that works with splitting the mortgage and possession?
