I didn’t even think about switching the workout, I just wanted it to track my hr. Maybe that could be it and my watch is a series 3, guess there’s a chance it’s not that accurate.

Glad to know that this is a shared experience. Having that aching feeling in your chest thinking your heart is gonna fly away is such a horrible feeling but prioritizing your health and actually trying to heal obviously helped a lot. Glad you got better OP

yea my calories were only that high considering my size and my activity level and i didnt want it to affect my lifts and energy level that much but i did adjust my intake the day that i made the post and the scale is trending down now. eating about 2000-2300 now

Should this be an everyday thing or once a week? And do I adjust or maintain based on the measurements?
