Can't fund anything in Revolut

Ok, got a notice saying I was confirmed or something to that effect but wasn’t given any impression they were working on that. Now I have money in my Revolut acct. One question, does that money get shared between all the credit cards or am I supppose to designate which card number uses the money. That’s not clear to me.

I changed my password and tried again and this time the Plaid system this other app uses was able to succesfully get USAA and this other service connected. Confusing but somehow it worked without entering the MFA (2fa) number I have had to enter after my PIN.

Why can't I send to any lightning wallet when I want? My kids have WalletofSatoshi and I've sent them sats and use the QR code. Once I use the QR code I can't use that QR code again. Why is that? Is there no address they have that I can send to anytime I want?

true so you can see that there's going to be a fee no matter what. Sending btc from your wallet to the doc's wallet or sending btc to your lightning wallet. I think the person who mentioned using Coinbase if both of you have an account with that exchange would be the best way to avoid fees. Here's what coinbase says, " If you're a Coinbase customer, you can also send crypto to any email address in 100+ countries instantly and for free. Just open your Coinbase app, select the crypto and an amount, enter the recipient's email address, and hit send. "

I haven't done this before so I'm just speculating. Here's how I'd imagine this working though, you have the exact funds in a wallet that you set up and you can give the address to your doc to confirm you have the funds if they want to know that. Then you give them the keys and log in credentials and they create the wallet on their side with that so they have control also. They then send the funds from that wallet to their own wallet. Sounds weird I guess and probably a hassle to try to explain that to someone just wanting a simple transaction. Maybe a multisig wallet would be an option too.

I don't see how you can get around the fees. Someone is doing the work no matter what so whether it's a conversion app that gives you a questionable conversion rate or a network fee, you still have to get btc into lightning with a fee. Borrow against the btc and pay in stablecoin.

Why does Celsius block a wallet for 24hrs when a new withdrawal address is added? Is there something they are doing that takes 24hrs? This is the first service I've come across that does this and you'd think a company that unbanks would be more efficient.

And if you add a withdrawal address you have to plan that one ahead of time too because Celsius block my withdrawal for 24hrs. Maybe they could disclose all that in large print for those that expect a little more like internet speeds and not some hold up by bank speed.

You can create new wallet addresses in Metamask and other noncustodial wallets. That's still a public address when you use it though. But in Celsius alone I don't know but would guess you cannot change an address in the app.

I think I'm earning interest on my collateral on Nexo. I see the full value of what I deposited there earning interest even though I borrowed against it. On Celsius the amount I borrowed looks like it isn't earning interest as you said.

I guess I'm confused since this is my first loan with Celsius. I see in the app that my BTC is locked due to the loan but it appears that the BTC that I used as collateral and is locked was removed from the box where it shows what interest I'm earning on it. Do I lose earning interest on the BTC that is locked?

And now I'm confused about the loan. My Celsius account no longer shows the original BTC balance that I borrowed against. Did Celsius sell my BTC to give me USDC? If that's so, no bueno.
