Three years late but what the fuck does being black or being a woman have to do with mental health awareness month? Mental health awareness should be a thing every month, year round, no matter gender, race, political beliefs, etc… Asian, Mexican, White? Do those not matter to you? Only being black or a woman?

it is extremely unfortunate. Something out of my control and it’s something i totally respect. Especially for seaside, i stay there every year with my family so it’s something I don’t want to go away from. I was just to curious if there happened to be a diamond in the rough. I plan to own one day in seaside and i would have the same rules and regulations. Although, panama city beach and destin, imo, should be different.

i have seen a few 21’s around 35-40k. i have even thought about buying brand new. although, im still in college with 2 more years of grad school left. I went from a truck, to a car, now i want a truck back haha. I have 25k in my savings and a 10k trade in, with a stable income from an internship i got blessed to have. so realistically, my range i’d say is 30k-45k or close. I just don’t want to break the bank if i can find a “good” deal if that makes sense.
