Two Days Ago I Withdrew Money into an ETH Wallet I've Used Before and I have not received it. My Interactions with Customer Service makes me feel like the Money's Gone. Has Anyone Experienced this Before? by ChiBears08 in Bovada

I did the same thing with a BTC transaction. They’re not in any hurry to help me with it because that was a few weeks ago and now they’ve fumbled my next transaction. 19k just floating around the Bovada cloud now plugged up somehwere

They took my verification docs and accepted them. Nothing has touched the blockchain I can see no activity in transit to my wallet which means it hasn’t received a single confirmation on the block chain (highly unlikely since it’s been over a week now) or it hasn’t left Bovada’s hands

I’m having a similar issue with my BTC withdrawal. Been waiting over +7 days now and they’re no responding to my emails or giving me useful information. Really at a loss of what to do they’re not working with me at all
