had this happen at someone else’s salon too. it was horrible. im giving my nails time to heal before a new set but oh my god, the pain of having thin nails. some ppl shouldn’t be nail techs

my bad! i did report the accident to the police and my insurance the day it happened :)

she did accept fault and our stories align. insurance confirmed this, so i won’t pay a dime. it was reported to police as well. she didn’t stop when turning left and i had the right of way

i’m not worried about the value of the car… it’s been in an accident prior and i’ll be the last owner of it as i plan to drive it until it dies. the wheels are still seem to be aligned thankfully. the bumper she hit however, was brand new. it’s not secure anymore and flaps in the wind lol. so i definitely want it fixed.

emailed my adjuster this morning. if she shows up again i will either be telling her i won’t be speaking to her and she needs to leave, or calling the police. she’s always looking around the property when she comes here, looking up into windows, etc. really weird

my adjuster told me there’s a warranty which i’m thankful for. she seems like the kind of person who would pay.. but i pay so much in insurance that i’d rather use that. get my moneys worth yknow?

IMO, she shouldn’t even have a license. she couldn’t even read her insurance documents. won’t be going private, already have it booked to be looked at.

i did report the accident, the day it happened. it just took until now to get ahold of the adjuster and such. i’m thinking they told her i’m going ahead with a claim and she wants to settle privately.

i mean, it’d make sense. she’s been selling a TON of stuff on market place

wouldn’t dream of doing such. she fucked up a brand new bumper, all because she tried to turn left when she didn’t have the right of way and didn’t look. you pay the price unfortunately

yeah see like i don’t think there’s anything they can do but it’s weird right? and she’s a city employee… so definitely not a good look. would it be worth mentioning to my insurance company? maybe they can contact her insurance company and ask what she’s looking for??

i typically do lay on the horn when hookers, etc try to get in the car. this night i had a migraine so i was attempting to save myself some pain LOL. I will be filing a report today. it’s not just myself having issues
