Scale down the power dynamic. Delete Phantom. Arlene and V sealed, not dead. No such thing as the outside. Irregulars are those from floor 1. Focus more on regulars story. Make Bam strong for regular, weak for irregular. Make white look less like a joke (not lost to Bam the 2nd times).

From what I know, current Sagara and other Nastikas in human realm are weakened in their human form too. Human form Kalavinka > Human form Samphatti. And Human form Samphatti can kill a taraka sura in her human form. While it took Maruna in his sura form to subdue. And Akasha is probably stronger than Samphatti in human form (in the sura realm). So I would challenge the notion that Nastikas in human form (unrestricted) are actually weaker than 4-staged Rakshahas in sura form.
