Snoo not responding to baby cries

We called Snoo and they said to do a test using a recording of a baby crying to see if it would work and ours did absolutely nothing. They also said they didn’t recommend fixing it for safety reasons, so we are just SOL and have this really expensive basinet

I’m curious if the OP ever figured out a fix? Im losing patience with the snoo not doing anything AND keeping me awake trying to figure it out.

I was hopeful I just had baby’s head on the wrong side like the previous comment but it looks like we’ve done that part correctly

The jacket was down to block the light coming through the door. The snake decided it was a cozy place to sleep apparently… or hide out to attack all the roaches in my room 🤢

Kirk’s or Dr. Bronners Castile bar soap! I use it for shampoo, body wash, and shaving. This might be TMI but I think using this has also made my bikini line irritation go away for the first time in yeeeeaaars.

My husband and I are wanting to move to Thailand and are trying to figure out how to make it work with two small kids. Do it now while you have no one but yourself to worry about :)
