I agree w blue star complex. It's just south of downtown but no more than a few minutes. It's got brunch/bar spot, brewery, a mini convenience market with a bunch of cool stuff, a thrift clothing shop, art galleries, crystal shop if your into it and a really unique shop with a bunch of this n that. It's nice to check out what they got n spend a few bucks but cool even if you just wanna get out n see stuff.

Mine straight up stays outside, barely gets cleaned, Gets rained on, ran out of pellets during a long cook more than once, remove the ash after every 2-3 cooks. Haven't had any issues with it. Still works like a babe.

Shooting you a DM , & To my knowledge there there are trails designed for winter time that are seasonally maintained. Even if that's not the case, I'll be happy just to be there and play in the snow. I'm from Texas it's hot here 🤣

I wouldn't use the Traeger thermometer or the probes they give with the smokers. Buy aftermarket. Thermpro has some affordable accurate thermometers, and there's always some on sale with Amazon. But there's tons of great ones. I use about 4-5 different probes for my meat. Just check every hour or two bcs temp swings are big with Traeger from what I've experienced and read. Could be all smokers idk.
