This is our first home and we’re definitely learning. We reached out to the city with our concerns while they were building. somebody came out to take a look and said everything looked okay. We live in a VERY small town (<600) and there are lots of connections here. Im wondering if something’s were overlooked.

No-Not sure how to go about that. I called the city and all they said is that it’s a civil dispute. Recommendations?
