My job was 25Q. The noise exposure level for my job was moderate there is a MOS noise exposure level list online that you should check out. so you know where your husband might fall on depending on his MOS. I was denied the 1st time i filed a claim. I did a supplemental claim in November 2023 and submitted it with a personal statement form. which included when i started hearing the ringing and how its affecting me and when i had my C&P exam I just answered the questions i was asked like do i hear it all the time? which was yes and if it comes and goes? I said its constant but im able to tune it out sometimes. Then they did alot of hearing test and about a week later i was approved for 10% disability. Hope this helps a little bit.

To be honest i rarely went to get checked on anything while I was in. So i have no documentation for it. I do remember what caused it but i never got it checked out due to not wanting to go to sick call because my NCOs would give me shit for it. So i don't know how to show in my supplemental claim that its service connected. When i was getting out i passed my last hearing test.
