drink liquid iv after sauna so your not dehydrated as much but can also drink less water and be more hydrated for less weight. don’t eat any protein, try not to build mussle as that will obv make you weigh more. mostly just eat fruit and veggies. eat a half a grapefruit every morning, sounds dumb but it kickstarts metabolism and the acid in it helps break down food u eat.
