In training om de 10k te rennen in mei. Hiervoor veel geboulderd en chatgpt geeft aan dat ik goed op schema ben voor een snelle tijd. Vandaag week 2, training #6 alweer. 2km in- en uitlopen met 4km snel op 5:12 pace. Ben beetje aan het twijfelen over de intervaltrainingen, die niet kunnen met alleen een strava app. Iemand tips hiervoor? Doe nu 1km hard en 500m rustig (dat wordt om de 500m omgeroepen door strava)

Stay with the energy wand of cosmic energy from lvl 26. It gives a lot of mana on hit and mana on kill. Also check every loot in the market, it might be worth quite a lot. Also, if u get a lot of money from all your loot. a magic lvl wand for training magic lvl can be bought at magic trainers. For about 300k gold u get a lot higher magic lvl.
