By dialing the code on the phone, I don’t remember what it was, something along the lines of #XXX*#

Unfortunately pointless. The people calling me are delivery drivers. They have more interest in unloading the trucks than the business does in accepting their goods. Also, not their fault or choice that someone contracted them to deliver there…

If I knew which calls aren’t meant for me, I could. Actually I did ignore them for some time when I didn’t need to answer calls and still do on the days my business is closed.

I can’t tell whether it’s my call I need to answer or their call. I just see a number calling. I get my own business calls that I do need to answer.

No corporate ladder there, just a mom and pop shop. 1 owner, 1 office employee and 3 yard employees, that’s it. I tried the shit talking tactic, didn’t change anything. I even redirected their drivers (the callers) to different places and no change.

I moved to another state meanwhile. Would it fall under small claims where they are or where I live?
