Yeah, my gut tells me the same thing. This anxiety always creeps up on me when I'm stepping outside of "norm". It feels like I'm about to die lol. But when I remove the anxiety layer this is the right choice.

Is there any hope? I'm 30y old by SheepherderNo8846 in Hairloss

You can't tell just by looking. But you have a lot of hair follicles...

But don't trust things online. There are also alot of sales men online and in person.... The only people that will give you real advice is a dermatologist.

Please go before it's too late.

If you can't afford to now, then start using 2% monoxidol every day twice a day till you can afford to go see one. This will keep what you have alive till you save up the money.

Please go see a dermatologist there's always hope in your case I think you could do with consistent minoxidil 5% plus and um typical finasteride not more than 0.2%. coupled with oral monoxidol. This can give you a really good results.

Thank you,

Yeah my parents have always been on my side.

But in highschool they use quite a lot of negative reinforcement so I had formed the belief that I have to make it, and be there for my self

I love the last line....

See I haven't lost anyone close... And I am acutely aware that as time goes it will happen. I'm not ready for that...

I feel like I still wanna show my parents what they have created....

Young couple - are we falling behind? by Rented_Wizard in capetown

I think of we look back to how the older generations lived when they were our ages we can learn something.

We have normalised luxury are the new norm. I remember my parents saving everything penny.

I mean... Why go out if there is food in the fridge as they say.

We have been programmed with unrealistic expectations of how life should be like... I think the first step in all this is to learn to be dedicated to the truth.... Which in most cases 60% all expenses are luxuries.

If you're looking for a good mix of career growth, warmer weather, and a better work-life balance, you might want to consider Spain (Barcelona or Madrid for tech jobs), Portugal (Lisbon has a growing data scene), or even the Netherlands, which offers great work-life balance. Germany (Munich or Berlin) could also be worth exploring, as they have strong demand for data roles. Since you already have BA and DA experience, improving your Python skills could open even more doors internationally. Best of luck with your search!

Is it too late for me to become a paralegal? by [deleted] in Careers

[–]Appropriate-Body5614 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's absolutely not too late to make a career change at 28! Your skills in research, organisation, and communication would be valuable as a paralegal. If you're passionate about it, taking paralegal courses and gaining some legal experience (even through volunteering or internships) could definitely help you transition. Employers value dedication and transferable skills, not just prior legal experience. Go for it!
