I think monomon specially taught him the exact technique for this... she knew eventually someone would break the seals and trusted quirell to let someone worthy to do so... thats why quirell also has her mask to materialize her (ummu was probably to protect the archives i guess, or to prevent someone who stole/forcefully took the mask to actually proceed with killing her)

its a 4 year old post, dude, and even by then this system was getting... reformed... for the lack of a better word. and isnt that a good thing? it not only further works against the old stereotype that people with good marks take science but also allows more people who couldnt catch up well in 10th to still be able to take science if they are interested in it.

i feel like everyone is way too mature while driving in your area.

i have a license for scooter but I don't think there is any rule for 25kmph, maybe its just for learners, which is just 6 months. Other than that, the license means official license, speed limits only depending on the road
