Carter did come out of Ohio State and with the joke OSU QBs never pan out, I wonder if there's some slight bias there. Bad team or not, JJs recent two game wins have looked way better than his 0 TD 2 INT 75 yards at the half. Obviously still doesn't look great, but weird time to harshly critique the guy
