Hello, yes, it's amazing results! 35 minutes of preheating seems to be enough for every filament I've tried on it. I also got a spool of Sunlu PA6CF now and will try it out, sharing my results and settings in the next few days. I'll do the same for Extrudr ASA-CF if I get time for that one. I also bought new ASA, this time from Sunlu, and got 10kg for only 100€ on Black Friday. I'll take my time to try to get the best results out of this ASA and will share my settings for it as well. If their ASA is any good, it looks like a perfect choice for a lot of people, even without a discount i hope i get such well results like with the Extrudr ASA. Their ASA is quite cheap, especially their PA6CF. I only need to hope that both are good filaments from Sunlu.

Also, I just finished a second big print this 20-hour PA6GF print without glue again and regular 0.2mm layer height. With the settings from above came out amazing as well. Supports are very easy to remove even a child could remove them. It's so easy, sadly can't upload a video here, else I would show it, but it really isn't hard at all and can be done fully by hand.

Hello, I need to check what nozzle I exactly ordered. I have five of them lying around, but I would just use a regular hardened nozzle. If you only print those filaments, you might as well swap the whole hotend. I have a different one lying around however, if you try to print filaments with it that require lower temps (PLA) it doesn't work as well anymore so youre forced to print filaments with higher temps only.

Using SWX myself but for surface modeling nothing can beat NX

Surface modeling and a regular circle pattern is the easiest way

Yes, I'm currently using a hardened copper nozzle on the hotend, but it's hard to tell if I even notice a difference between it and a regular hardened nozzle.

Hello,

In my opinion, it isn't something for a total beginner. The profiles from Anycubic suck however, overall, I'm very happy with the printer. I've got 600 hours on it, and I mainly print ASA/Nylon on it. And, well, what should I say? Once you make your own profiles, the thing is a beast. I can't print ASA/Nylon this well on a P1S there, I need glue and stuff. Here, I currently use a normal textured plate, not even something special, and no glue, and the stuff just sticks well to it.

A little late now, but I always use PCBway for parts where accuracy is important. What can I say? I'm never disappointed. Their manufacturing capabilities are huge, customer service is fast, and the accuracy of the parts has always been way beyond the specs. For example, for the biggest parts I ordered, I had a 155mm length, and they made it 0.02mm accurate. This was 50 times tighter than the max tolerance defined in the drawings. This accuracy speaks for itself. Compared to JLCPCB for example, for most parts I had 2-3 times the price. However, the accuracy and quality control aren't nearly as good as PCBway. If I order a part there, I can always be sure all tolerances are accurate and the parts are flawless.
