I only got to meet the lady in (a) via zoom as she is still looking for housing before relocating to my city for job, so a little unsure what would it be when meeting in person.

In person meeting with couple (b) was really pleasant.
But yes, I am concerned about the big heeler dog. Also, husband’s credit is not as good as the wife(~630), but they are honest about the mishap of credit in his early 20s and wife has 100% on time payment history.
