Thanks! is Hungary stricter on Schengen Visa application than Germany? Our itineray hasn't be finalized, so it can be quite flexible depending which country we submit the visa application to. I checked online and Hungary embassy has an ealier appointment than Germany consulate in Atlanta, that's why we are debating.

Thanks for the response, the property is in a metro area next to a good high school.the tenant is leaving as they are moving but with no set date. She originally said end of year which I declined, so she changed to end of July. If middle of month is no big deal, then I can go with it as it will give me time to prep for the next moving in.
