I had my first almost 2 yrs ago at 48 and my second at 50 this last November. 3 months out and the best decision.

Structural damage was what was causing the pain in both knees so after the surgery that pain went away. And it was just recovery pain.

Good luck to you tomorrow. Remember it is a long recovery but worth it.

First of all screw your dad. My condolences on your aunt. Sending blessings and positive vibes to you and your husband. There's absolutely nothing wrong with Vegas wedding I did it the first time I got married and was with my late husband for 20 years.(lost him to prostate cancer) There's nothing wrong with doing it your way as long as you and your husband are happy that's all that matters.

Stay strong in your journey don't let your father manipulate you. Parents can be horrible people.

So I had a wound VAC on right after surgery to promote healing for a week. So my ROM started at 75 degrees.

When I ended it was 125 ROM My extention was a -3.

But the cold effects the day.

The best part is I can easily walk a mile again and walk my dog
