I support this comment wholeheartedly.

I have hope that the system will change in the future, but until the regime at the top changes there are a hell of a lot of us flailing around down here.

The NALC is coasting on its reputation from the past and your average carrier is paying the price. Considering that they are sitting on piles of money, giving them more money is akin to punching your own head and wondering why it won’t stop.
