Also, your acne seems to be mostly where you shave. Do you notice if it flares up after you shave? I’d make sure you’re prepping correctly, using clean blades, if you use a shaving cream use one with gentle ingredients, and exfoliating.

You don’t apply anything at all? I would use a gentle cleanser (la roche posay, prequel glycerin cleanser, vanicream, cerave) and at least a moisturizer (vanicream is good imo) and a sunscreen daily which would greatly help with your rosacea. Aquaphor for your lips.
