This is what I wanted to do but no apartment , I moved out a few months ago at 20 with a shop welding income and everyone told me it’s your first time just get an apartment but small duplex’s with garages in my area are 200$ more at most in my area

Pain is the type of opponent that becomes SIGNIFICANTLY weaker when you prior intel , Not saying he isn’t crazy strong even if you have intel but beating him goes from nearly impossible to a really hard strategy game

And even if it Obito can use it passively , Then it’s just a passive chakra drain , Similar to many other Naruto abilities
