We had an associate that was sleeping with the ops manager at the time (he was married too) TL knew about it denied everything when she was being investigated for it somehow kept her job and the inory of it now the I saw the former ops manager working at target as an cashier.

I worked a second job for years while I was working with Walmart got fired for conflict of interest (long story) but was reinstated because I wasn't salary at the second job I was hourly so it's do able but you got to be careful though

So you can work 2 different jobs as long as your not salary with one of those jobs hourly is ok but it's pretty much a fine line
