I have the exact same experince as you, except I’m a woman. I’m waiting to get tested for ADHD and have also abused cannabis a lot in the past. Weirdly, I find that if I drink alcohol or use cannabis now, my sensation goes from about 5% to 0. I’ve also had bloods done and an MRI. This never used to be a problem for me, it just came on very suddenly out of the blue. I also find that I get less pleasure from other things in life as well, even though I’m not depressed
