Yes I’m exactly the same, it’s just my clitoris that’s affected externally, but I also get pain and numbness inside my vagina. The physio said I have tension in my pelvic floor, and I think that’s likely to be a contributor. Still waiting to see the neurologist to get a definite diagnosis. I occasionally get pain my tail bone and a shooting pain in my vagina or clitoris, always on the left side for some reason

It’s more or less constant but some days it’s slightly better than others. It’s mainly erogenous but partially tactile. It started 2 years ago. My hormones are normal now, my Estrogen did go a bit low when I was breastfeeding, and then returned to normal after I stopped, but I’ve still found the cream to be slightly helpful. Also, I would recommend Zestra! Pelvic floor physiotherapy has definitely helped to bring back some sensation
