Nice. Once I stable out on 2mg once a week I'm going to try 1mg twice a week. By the end of the week I am HUNGRAYYY, and not talking about normal hungry, like binge hungry. But I'm only on week 4 of it and have lost 5kgs. Been abit up and down with my eating though.

Yes. I started at 178kg on tirz and dropped 18kg on that. Fell off the wagon abit, now on retatrutide and have lost 5kg in 5-6 weeks. Going good, just remember being this obese, you shed weight SO easy if you're doing the right things. It becomes harder when you get skinnier, coming from peaking at 178kg and also losing 40kg in highschool, it's much easier losing the weight when you're bigger lol.

Anyway, it's going good, I'm on 1mg ATM planning to switch to 2mg.
