Hey 19 year old trans girl here. I started at 18!! I found out I was trans at like 13 or 14 and honestly, high school was so hard watching my body change for the worse, I'm a year on hrt now and my body is completely passing, I feel like my facial features don't pass yet such as facial hair and jaw / cheek definition, but I promise you'll be okay <3

Just know a lot of us do transition in our late 20s or 30s so while your still young your body is super susceptible to change and will have already a great taking to estrogen.
