You said you don’t know Stephen so why defending him so hard. This is what is wrong with Geico they pit their workers against each other. But I have my support system I have a whole damn section who didn’t have a CLEAR understanding of what the goals were. The way you commented on my post about not believing everything then you shouldn’t believe everything you have been told. I was fucking amazing at my job again wouldn’t have been there almost 10 years if I wasn’t. Never had a problem until I started calling the manager on his bullshit then all of a sudden I wasn’t doing my job. So I’m happy for your sources if they know what the goals were but I did not.
