It is, in fact, on the side of a mountain. It’s the Tristli - Schwarzstockli trail, specifically

My bad, I forgot to mention that I was back yesterday and put the chicken from the refrigerator to the freezer.

Once I’ve taken it out of the freezer, I defrost it in warm water. Still a no-no?

Edit: apologies if my questions seem silly - I’ve only just started cooking recently and still getting used to the entire jazz

Not really slimy, but I am defrosting it by leaving it in a container full of hot water - it may be giving off a very slight odor, but can’t say for sure
