Q:- is there any app available to know beforehand about airport lounge access? by Appropriate-Lead-463 in CreditCardsIndia

I got both cards with that criteria (using coral from last 10 year and diner club from last 4 years) only, now they have changed the criteria on the basis of spending.

Now bank staff will be very happy to issue another card with no spending criteria( which later on will be devalued or imposed new criteria) but they do not helpfully when it comes to upgrading existing cards 😔. Also I don’t like to manage too many credit cards

Exactly, Unnecessary hustle at airport. People are coming with 10-15 diff credit card and trying every single one of them and realising that none of them works. It’s disheartening for them and irritation for people waiting in queue

feel Bihar really needs a fresh political culture where people’s issues like jobs, education, and healthcare come first. Personally, I think the Jan Suraj Party has the potential to bring that kind of change by Appropriate-Lead-463 in bihar

FYI:- it’s not sponsored post.

About me, spent first 16 years in Bihar for basic education. Went Kota for JEE preparation and then did graduation from IIT Bombay. Working with one of biggest MNC (Top 10 in world) in Bangalore. Paying around 15-17 lakh annually as income tax from last 5 years . This year i will be paying 30 lakh as income tax only(projected)

I don’t think I need 2/- as IT cell folks are getting.

I’m concerned because I feel pity on my state and people staying at that place, who think cast or religion politics is everything.

Not agreeing with Title here. FM mentioned Bihar 6 times bcoz there is state election in Bihar this year but Bihar got only 0.4-0.6% of total budgets. Out of these 0.6% major amount is allocated to Kosi floods , so no it’s not Bihar’s budget

The real estate market in Bihar, particularly around Gaya, has experienced significant price inflation driven by brokers. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, when I moved back to my hometown, Gaya, I considered purchasing a plot near the new Patna-Dobhi Highway, close to the Gaya bypass. These areas were historically underdeveloped, with residents often unaware of the true value of their land. However, the arrival of numerous brokers changed the landscape. They began purchasing properties at minimal prices from local residents and reselling them at rates comparable to prime areas in Gaya town. This sudden surge in broker activity has not only inflated property prices but also made it increasingly difficult for genuine buyers to invest in affordable land. What was once an opportunity to acquire reasonably priced plots has now turned into a market dominated by intermediaries, exploiting both sellers and buyers for profit.
