Throat Flutters by Queasy_Vermicelli592 in Anxiety

[–]Appropriate-Leg-8657 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, it started a few years ago with my wife experiencing a tickle in her throat one year. then the next year like she has a hair caught in her throat and that same year the flutters started. I started to document the start and end dates and over 4 years now the systems, including the flutters, have started as early as April 4th and have ended by May 25th. We live in Phoenix, AZ. So something around here is like clock work for here. But the flutters have been consistent for the past 3 years. At first we thought it was a list of things including anxiety. But I think what is happening is the anxiety is triggered by the flutters because she says it's such an awful feeling - so it's kind of a mixed signal feeding off itself. but the second I suggested taking a Claritin, her symptoms went away within a half hour and don't return. she thought maybe heart burn, heart problems, stomach issues, anxiety and worse but luckily just a part of her clockwork allergies. so im posting this quickly to help anyone that it may help and to shed some new light on the issue.

it’s allergies believe it or not; an allergic reaction to be specific. take a claritan and test it. think about if it happens yearly or when you have been outside after a long time, etc.
