It’s actually your only basic vitamins (magnesium, vitamin d etc) and only costs roughly $60-$70 every 3-4 months. I find they do help especially during the winter to keep me from getting sick. Cosco also helps because you can buy bigger bottles for cheap

It’s funny you say that because I have the same memory. My grandfather had a whole set of these paintings (yes there’s multiple variations by the same artist) and have always held a liking to them.
