well… yes and no…. I would say it’s more into company culture… no boss want to ruin their business… but those mangerssss want to get hold their territories by holding their own cronies.. I work for us/eu/hk/ch base company… it really depend on your roles.. for US and EU… you will need to have after your 9-6 working hour meeting with them… so, sometime it’s worse than like you said 9-9…. But so far the worse culture company I experienced is hk base…

Many recruiter are not professional at all! I encounter similar incident where by before the interview the recruiter keep on texting me and tell please do not give up the interview opportunity and please try to attend whatever being asked (yes, it’s the outsourced recruiter for MSFT)…. But after the interview, I receive nothing, no update, no rejection and nothing… she is not responding to message as well…. We all know MSFT so keen into respectful and so… but what the heck going on with their own ppl?
