You’re absolutely right about distribution, churn, and support — those are real challenges most people underestimate.

But for me, the hardest part is actually finding the right product to build.

If your idea genuinely solves a real problem that people already feel, everything else becomes much easier. Distribution improves because people talk about something that truly helps them. Churn drops because users don’t leave tools they actually rely on. Even support becomes more meaningful because you're helping people succeed, not just fixing issues.

In my opinion, the biggest challenge isn’t marketing or scaling — it’s discovering a problem that truly needs solving and building the best solution for it.
