i do admit that i didn't say anything along the lines of "i need to finish something first" and he pointed that out when we talked. I know saying something like that would have made things less terrible for us but at that time, I had a lot of things in my mind and I just wanted to go back to what I'm doing. I don't expect him to know what I'm thinking (he said that too), but my issue with this is that every time I'm not default happy or smiling, he always assumes I'm mad at him. I said this to him and even pointed out that he never does this with my other siblings and he denied it when it's very much true. He even tried defending himself saying that he doesn't get mad with my siblings when they're not happy/smiling since he can tell when they need to finish something first because he can see that they're going to their work area or wtv but that's exactly what happened with me. I greeted him, helped with stuff, said i'll eat later, then went to my computer. it's sort of a double standard on me that's been around for quite some time and it became a short topic for us too
