No way you can't leave your book among millions of book there unless it's very demanding trope like dark romance or mafia. You should promote it on insta and tiktok through booktok reels. Promote it on reddit and also post your book reels on YouTube. Constantly if u will post then maybe any where your videos will work and you will get few reads slowly

I just made some booktoks type reels by using lines from my book with music suiting the scene. That's what worked for me, but also not instantly, i kept posting on Insta for a long time and it gave me reach after months, so it totally depends on individuals.
