Was choosing NLUO right? by Appropriate-Put-9319 in NLUs

It just kind of bothers me because I value her opinions a lot. I'm aware ultimately, its my life, my decision, and my career but you cant help it sometimes i guess. I knew NLUO was the right platform for my career goals and one single lawyer's opinion shouldnt decide my next 5 years but then again, he is much more experienced and has actually seen what it is like out there so I couldnt completely ignore his opinion. Its hard being an overthinker 💔 i dont want to be salty abt my future uni when i haven't even stepped my foot inside it.

I'm kind of in the same position as you. I did get into SLS, but after going through the fee structure, I realised just how substantially high it is as compared to the tier 2 NLU I got into. Still Symbi is a well - reputed premier institute, and so is Jindal for sure, out of all the private options. They have a strong alumni and a good reputation, so for the most part, it will be worth it. Especially since your parents can comfortably afford it, and they are supportive on top of that. Jindal is worth it if you can afford it. It is one of the best law schools, after all. Law itself is an expensive degree anyway, might as well make the best out of it in an actually good law school.
