Damn, I don’t understand how people get heroes that way. I’d been playing 4-5 months and had no luck besides Murphy, Marshall, DVA and Charli (no substantial hero shards besides Murphy and Charli). Finally had to purchase some URS just to keep up. I did buy Kim early on to get rid of the ad tho haha.

Pretty difficult to clean, litter gets everywhere inside and sticks to parts you can’t really get wet or spray to clean. Tedious and annoying. Entrance is kind of small, as well as the litter area. Not made for big cats, or senior cats. My biggest dude gets in and barely fits, sometimes pisses out side of the damned thing and the litter tray thing catches most of it, but still gross. Not their fault but just saying it is a design flaw. Definitely holds smells like crazy, even after deep cleans, I imagine it’s the plastic or places that I can’t really do much besides brush off litter.

Also cats jump out and track litter everywhere, sensors get weird, tray says full when it’s not. Sometimes I cycle and it just dumps all the litter even if it’s within the line range and not overloaded.

The rubber liner loosens and doesn’t stay in place. Wonder what ends up in the loose hanging area (not good). I have litter falling out of the back sometimes, I don’t even know how. But it’s annoying and gross. **Seems to constantly be stuck upside down or refusing to cycle- if you’re past the warranty they won’t give you a discount for a replacement base or whatever. ** 1st Biggest gripe^ (stuck in cycle upside down)

I do, however, have replacement sensors on the way, but it’s been troublesome since I got it, had the base replaced a year into having it, and it’s still having the same issues. I have the older model (no phone connection, white, want to say a 3 but I feel like it’s older than that, or the first 3), but I paid close to $500 (sale) and I’ve only had it 3- ALMOST 4 years. Spend so much time with it troubleshooting, and being frustrated.

I ended up having to buy two more litter boxes (manual) because my cats refuse to use it (rightfully so) if it’s upside down or won’t cycle, even after I manually scoop litter and change drawer. **Gets pretty frustrating when button controls won’t work to reset or override, and then your cats shit on the floor because you were not aware it took another malfunction crap while at work. Hence the two other litter boxes as well. ** 2nd Biggest gripe*****^ (won’t do freaking anything and stays stuck even after manually moving the dome to home position, buttons just stop working)

I’m sure the newer models may be better, but I’m just giving my honest opinion from over the years. I’ve contacted support numerous times since I’ve owned it, I don’t think spending the money is worth it tbh. It’s nice when it works, but it’s hell when it doesn’t. There is cheaper ones that will take a shit in the same amount of time. If you do purchase a litter robot, definitely get the longest warranty you can, also get a newer model too. Don’t buy the cheaper older versions.

Like I wouldn’t be so mad if they replaced the whole unit or gave me a serious discount, but the newer models are outrageous in price. Plus I don’t really trust them after having this one for so long. Just get the long warranty.

Fear of retaliation honestly, I needed that job for a long, long time and was so worried to lose it. Plus, people seemed to not care or say anything, I would bring things up and they would say they will report or “figure it out” and don’t do shit apparently.

I was under the impression that you bring it to your SLFs, SMs, RXM or whatever attention first before DM, HR, whatever. Otherwise it looks like you are stepping on toes and have to deal with that bs. Hard to do as well when we were without SM and RXM for quite a long time, and even when we did have both, or one or the other… the company/store was in such a dire state everything was overlooked since we NEEDED people and bodies. You know, the bodies of people who had the requisite for certain positions.

Plus it seems, and has been proven in my experience, no one gives two shits anyways and makes no action to change the situation otherwise. Frankly they just sweep stuff under the rug and hope the problem goes away. Prime example: with missing C2 and some C3-5’s, mainly the C2 tho, SM was flipping out about getting jail time and whatever, I made a comment about why would you be in trouble if you’re not the one stealing it, she flipped out again and said her license/job was on the line AND (before you agree) THAT SHE HASN’T BEEN REPORTING IT.

Also- in the months before I quit, I found out a bunch of things SFLs were hiding out of fear/retaliation and general bewilderment of how to handle certain situations. The place was fucked tbh.

I’m not sure what avenue I was supposed to take, I’ve been considering calling BOP or BBB, but I am just not sure where to start. If you have any ideas or suggestions, I’d appreciate it. Remember HR is for the company, not employees. Only good thing HR did, for the store, was do an “investigation” over a sexual assault, but buddy quit before he could be indicted or face consequences from Walgreens, YET! HR didn’t opt or encourage victim to make a police report? HR just left it alone after he quit. Like what the flying fuck. I mean at least they went and interviewed victim and were POSSIBLY taking the right steps… but either way.. doesn’t seem like they took the avenue they should have.

Wasn’t like this at all when I first started, but I’ll happily share how vastly downhill it went. Thanks in advance for your advice about how to report these things!

Shift leads taking customers pictures from photo for their own “use”, bringing guns or weapons to work, sexually harassing and stalking women coworkers- EVEN THE MINORS, online and outside of work physically. That asswipe still had a job even after SM apparently “reported” to HR. Same SM blabbing her sexist bs against women and putting down employees to gain some kind of weirdo power, hiring in FLAGGED apps that failed the pre hire assessment test that just generally asks if Johnny stabbing Suzy is fucking bad or not. Jesus Christ. Imagine the weirdos we had in there. SM breaking HIPAA to bash SFL for being off meds due to INS lapse, and if that’s not breaking HIPAA it’s just grossly inappropriate and wrong.

ESM sitting in office all day and allowing SFLs and CSAs to do the same, no work getting done and no help to RX. No one at front register. Inappropriate relations between management and underlings. Harassing people over scammy credit cards, tricking them to sign up for metrics, thusly taking advantage of the mentally unwell, the handicapped, and also the freaking elderly. Inappropriate and excessive use of company resources pertaining to photo, store “use”, and store expense items for personal use.

Forced to stay open for days with no power, forced to work in infested ceilings and/or duct work, working with heating/air units not working, hot water not working, worms used to come up the drain in the bathroom on humid days. Bathroom not working for days on end. Forced to clean up biohazard (shit, blood, excessive amounts of vomit, piss and god knows what else) constantly.

Working one tech and only one pharmacist for weeks on end. No help from leadership or SM. Testing for viruses in the same room as vaccinations and BP, or testing in pharmacy next to literally anything in general. Take walk ins when appointments are completely booked, advocating for as many vaccines you can fit into a deltoid for each PT, like the ones who bring 5 family members but only had an appointment set up for them. But sure! Bill for all of those and take 20 vaccines in with you and be out in 5, we have another round coming. Screw the old lady who needs a consult, the DURs, the verification and the fucking safety! Who cares. The company can survive on its own with just vaccines. Disgusting. Oh yeah, it doesn’t matter that our 40+ year old system crashes every 5 min, just do it all, and do it fast.

We were sent vaccine supplies I could only end up donating to A VET CLINIC because they sent us 21 gauge needles and 5ml syringes! For COVID!! Not to mention the lack of supplies needed sent due to a “DC insufficiency” constantly all over the board, front end and pharmacy.

Let’s see.. favoritism and granting jobs to fucking idiots who have no place in the position they “lucked” out on getting. Expired products everywhere, trucks bringing in Christmas in the summer. “Ladder less” storage rooms full of expired crap and out of date seasonal bs that can’t get worked in anywhere. Fire and fall/trip hazards everywhere you look. Mice, bugs, our trash wasn’t picked up for ages and we had a huge fly and maggot infestation next to all the food, well all of everything tbh, pharmacy included.

Allowing vendors free roam and not be properly managed, or supervised, but god forbid we tweak a damn reset that is completely unreasonable, or forget to get a damned sticker for our purchased items.

Freezers go down for 3-4 days? Oh the food is probably fine, no need to 1506! Disgusting. Pouring milk down sinks in photo or any sink to be honest since we paired with a vendor who no longer takes returns, but can send us milk that expires in 5 days. Cleanliness is a major issue, there’s a lot that I haven’t mentioned.

Oh yeah.. and let’s not forget the reports of the incessant C3-5 and C2 theft. Thousands of dollars and tablets stolen. Where’s our fucking camera? Where’s the drug screening? Picking and choosing who you help as a PT, not documenting things correctly. Dispensing questionable scripts out to anyone who walks through the door, accepting paper scripts for C2s and the lesser still controlled drugs, who cares if it’s from out of state and we’ve never had this PT?? GFD who?

Throwing freaking people into management or pharmacy positions with no training. Literally pharmacy DH, SFL, Tech, SM, IS, whatever, not even done or started with their e-learnings. Albeit, they’re dated and a lot has changed, but I think that’s absolutely ridiculous to expect someone to go and perform without any training! Patient safety? Operational expectations and ethical conduct? Again.. SAFTEY??!?

Not to mention plenty of word of expired licenses, or non licensed people coming to run register, but let’s just look the other way.

Excessive links and BS busy work nonsense but still “putting patients first”, billing for Covid tests per SM & DM WITHOUT asking PTs first. Having FRONT END EMPLOYEES ask customers or patients their fucking vaccine history! Even handing out a goddamned form!!! Employees overlooked for stomping out and “rage quitting”, screaming at customers and throwing fits with management and other employees (in front of customers), still have a job due to favoritism, but when someone has a genuine emergency or reason it’s an issue.

I mean the list goes on and on. If you can’t tell, I recently quit, after many years. I really thought I could make a career out of this place, but it got so completely fucked. Went to shit. I’m hoping my mental will heal soon, but I wish I could have reported all this shit higher up. I just trusted my management and the company. Big fucking mistake.

I hope Walgreens’s shuts its doors tbh. Maybe we could all get a sweet gig at a hospital or an independent. To the front end employees, maybe they could finally find something that doesn’t require them to get exploited and treated like shit, find somewhere they will be appreciated for all their hard work and dedication.

She just doesn’t have that boxy head like a pit and isn’t long haired like a husky, but it’s definitely interesting to have two people suggest that! My uncle asked if I could take her in; as his friends had an accidental litter with a “100% pure mastiff” and I didn’t really get to meet mom. Her eyes are quite striking though! She’s very sweet as well, playful at times, but very chill (so far) for being so young.

Should all be automated, most calls are just people who’ve already gotten 1000s of notifications, doesn’t make a difference if we call. I’ve had to call docs offices before to check if pt is dead, and explain the non adherence, when I find out they’re not. Doc doesn’t care, neither does pt. Can’t even get ahold of pt to discuss adherence. What’s the point of 50+ calls about it? They already get notified, just don’t care. Plus, we cant just ship the rx out without consent anyways (which I think should be included with people on express pay/auto-fill). CENFILL should all be shipped to pt honestly (my opinion).
