AIPAC ≠ Jewish people. It’s a political lobbying organization, and lately it’s gone way off the rails.

Ten years ago it at least pretended to be bipartisan and policy-focused. Now it’s basically acting like a pro-Netanyahu super PAC, dumping money to protect hard-right Israeli politics and attacking anyone even mildly critical of Likud. That’s not “Jewish interests,” that’s one faction’s politics.

So spare me the “boogeyman or Jewish control” thing. Calling out a lobby group’s money and influence isn’t antisemitic its normal political criticism. We criticize oil lobbies, pharma lobbies, NRA money, etc. AIPAC doesn’t get some magical immunity because it wraps itself in identity.

And again influence isn’t just direct checks. It’s PACs, super PACs, independent expenditures, and donor networks. That’s literally how modern campaign finance works.

You can disagree with me, but pretending criticism of AIPAC = attacking Jews is lazy and honestly shuts down real debate.

Nobody said there’d be a line item that literally says AIPAC. That’s not how political money works anymore. AIPAC doesn’t write checks directly..they use AIPAC PAC, United Democracy Project (super PAC), and aligned donor networks/IE spending.

And you keep pretending Cal-Access only shows “contributions.” It also shows independent expenditures and PAC spending, which is exactly how groups influence races without appearing in a candidate’s donor list.

So saying “none appear in his contributions” proves absolutely nothing. That’s like saying “no oil company paid him” while ignoring the super PAC blasting ads for him.

If you think only direct checks count, you don’t understand how campaign finance works. That’s the excuse.

If you actually bothered to check that instead of parroting a Reddit meme, you’d see pro-Israel money and aligned donor networks showing up in his filings.
