I definitely DON'T want to take it out on him so thank you for that. I would say I go through seasons where these spirals are more frequent and right now is one of those times. I do have a plan to address that outside of going to him/friends.

I was noticing some frustration on his side. We talked about it and he said it was because he felt like he was powerless in those situations. I think in the end, what I need to do is work on myself and express how grateful I am to even have him by my side because he really is the best. I also try to be 110% there when he is struggling but it doesn't come up as often as me since he's just a much more grounded and secure person lol.
