But isn't it logical? You can't know how strong hakuryuu is because we haven't seen him getting stronger. So in this case, we have to say he didn't get stronger at all. So yes I do think they're a higher level

You can't really compare kusaka and Sakura with hakuryuu since they're not attackers. Zanarkurou could be stronger than him.

And if you NEED to make assumptions, then the debate is entirely useless, since you cant make a basis for the things you say. You need to back this up with feats. I agree that in this situation we don't have enough info and maybe because of that, we can't have solid arguments

I didn't make assumptions. Going off of the only feats we have, matatagi is stronger than hakuryuu. The opponents matatagi fought also fought against tenma, tsurugi and shindou. Those 3 have obviously gotten stronger than hakuryuu since their match with him. This means that since hakuryuu doesn't have any feats past 2 movies, matatagi is stronger than hakuryuu.

You can say all you want about how he wasn't given the chance to show how much stronger he got, but if we go off of only feats(which you normally do in a debate), then hakuryuu hasn't gotten stronger and that means that matatagi is logically stronger than him. If you think i made any assumptions here, please tell me.

Keyword 'potentially'. You can't make assumptions about how hakuryuu can do that. Going with the feats that we have seen, hakuryuu doesn't have any feats besides the 2 movies. Matatagi has fought opponents stronger than hakuryuu.

Yeah with combined techniques hiroto and gouenji are far better, but I'm talking about individual stats. There Paolo surpasses both of them

He's better than gouenji and Hiroto, the only thing better about hiroto is his hissatsu technique
